Overview And Experience
Stacey is the Principal Lawyer and Director of Lincoln Chambers.
Stacey grew up near Lincoln, the county town of Lincolnshire in the United Kingdom. She travelled to Australia to read law at Flinders University and decided to stay here after completing her studies.
Stacey commenced her career at a law firm in Norwood where she predominantly practised in the areas of wills and estate planning, conveyancing, and family law. She then worked at a law firm in Gawler, where she worked applying for grants of probate in addition to her previous areas of practice.
Stacey’s vast legal experience and knowledge, along with her approachable nature, makes her relatable to her clients in assisting them with their legal matter.
Stacey is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University and is currently completing a Master of Applied Law with a focus Family Dispute Resolution. She is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her young family and catching up on the latest legal cases and legislation.
